Privacy notice
This short notice describes how we process your personal data when you request a demo on this website or take part in the prize draw on our QR code pages (see below). Effective from 10 October 2026; the section on the prize draw is effective from 12 October 2026.
This English version is a translation provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

What data we process
The data you enter in the form: your name, work email address, company, role, company size category and your optional message. The server’s technical log may contain the time of the request and your IP address for a limited period. This website uses no cookies, no trackers and no external fonts.
Purpose of processing
To receive your demo request, to arrange the time of the demonstration and to contact you before entering into a contract. We do not use the data for any other purpose, such as newsletters.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox in the form, and the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
We keep your demo request for 12 months from the date it is received, after which it is deleted. At your request, we will delete it earlier.
Who has access
The employees of Whisper House Kft. who handle demo requests. The data is stored in a system operated within the European Union and is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. The confirmation and notification emails are sent by our own mail system.
Prize draw (QR code pages)
This section applies to the prize draws on the aletheon.io/qr/nis2 and aletheon.io/qr/discover pages. The controller is also Whisper House Kft.
- What data we process
- The data you enter in the form: your name, email address, company name and phone number, as well as the page on which you entered the draw and the time you gave your consent.
- Purpose of processing
- To run the prize draw: recording entries, selecting and notifying the winner, and arranging the handover of the prize. We do not use the data for newsletters or any other purpose.
- Legal basis
- Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox in the form.
- Retention period
- 6 months from the date of entry, after which the data is deleted. At your request, we will delete it earlier; in that case, you will no longer take part in the draw.
- Who has access
- The employees of Whisper House Kft. who run the prize draw. The data is stored in a system operated within the European Union and is not disclosed to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to the processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Please send your request to hello@aletheon.io; we will respond within one month.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, NAIH; Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest, Hungary, www.naih.hu), or bring the matter before a court.
